Follow your order’s progress in the app and receive updates when it is ready to collect. APP FEATURES • Explore Pulpi drinks, featured products, and available customizations. • Choose your preferred Pulpi store and view its location and opening hours. • Order ahead for convenient store pickup. • Complete checkout using supported options such as GCash and Maya • Track your order from confirmation until it is ready for pickup. • View previous orders, payment status, pickup details, and receipts. • Earn loyalty points through eligible Pulpi purchases and activities. • Redeem available rewards and vouchers. • Participate in daily check-ins, challenges, scratch cards, and spin rewards. • Invite friends using your personal referral code. • Receive order updates and optional Pulpi promotional notifications. • Manage your profile, notification preferences, and account. • Submit order feedback or contact Pulpi support directly through the app. Pulpi accounts use mobile-number verification with a one-time password for convenient and secure access. Pulpi is intended for pickup ordering at participating locations. Delivery is not currently available. Menu items, store hours, rewards, promotions, and supported payment methods may vary by location and availability. Pulpi loyalty points and vouchers are intended only for eligible Pulpi transactions. They cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.
