What’s New in this Update We’ve made your operations more flexible and smoother—even without internet connection. Offline Mode for Key Transactions You can now record expenses, collections, and borrowed water containers even while offline. Once you're back online, everything automatically syncs. We also improved offline handling for collections and uncollections, so you can continue daily operations without interruption. UI/UX Improvements We’ve refined the app’s interface for a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive experience. Expect smoother navigation and better usability across key screens.

Bug Fixes Fixed an issue where restarting the phone or closing the app would clear all cached data, causing the Orders and Customers tabs to appear empty when reopening offline. Fixed offline order creation failing with a network error when connectivity was lost within the last 2 seconds — orders are now reliably queued for sync even in this edge case. Fixed the borrowed containers filter not working on the Customers tab while offline. Fixed products not being available offline unless the merchant had manually visited the Create Order screen first. Products are now cached automatically in the background when the app is open and connected, so creating orders offline works immediately without any extra steps. Fixed all customer pages not being fully cached offline. Previously, only the customers the merchant had scrolled to were available. Now all customer pages are pre-loaded in the background, so offline search works across the entire customer list. Fixed offline sync incorrectly triggering and showing error messages when the device had no internet connection. The app now updates faster with behind-the-scenes improvements.

What’s New Offline Mode You can now use the app without an internet connection. This is especially useful for merchants and riders in areas with limited or unstable connectivity. Customers Tab — your full customer list loads instantly from the last time you were online, including search and filtering. No internet required. Orders Tab — all your orders are available offline. Tap any order to open its details — customer name, address, items, pricing breakdown, and order timeline are all accessible even without a connection. Create Order Offline — browse your product catalogue and build orders for customers while offline. The order is saved locally and automatically submitted to the server the moment your connection is restored — no action needed on your part. Complete Order Offline — you can now mark an order as delivered while offline. Take your proof-of-delivery photo, tap "Save & Complete When Online", and the app stores everything securely on your device. When internet returns, the photo is uploaded and the order is marked complete automatically. Automatic Sync — when you reconnect, the app syncs all pending offline actions in the background. A notification confirms how many orders were synced. Sync triggers automatically when you turn internet back on, when you reopen the app, or when you switch back from another app. Offline Indicator — a red banner slides in below the status bar whenever you lose connectivity, showing how many actions are waiting to sync. It disappears the moment your connection is restored. Customer Map View You can now see all your customers plotted on an interactive map. Tap the map button on the Customers tab to view delivery locations across your service area at a glance — useful for planning routes, identifying clusters, and spotting customers outside your delivery radius. Proof of Delivery — Camera or Gallery When completing an order, you can now choose how to attach your proof-of-delivery photo. Take a new photo directly with your camera, or select an existing image from your gallery. Both options are available from the same picker. New LPG Compliance Requirement To ensure safe and legal transactions, LPG merchants are now required to upload an Authority to Sell for each LPG brand before listing or selling it in the app. Proof of Delivery Required When completing an order, merchants must now upload a Proof of Delivery to confirm that the order was successfully fulfilled. These updates help protect customers, support compliant merchants, and keep the platform trusted and reliable.
