Quit Anger is a mental health and self-care app to help manage and control anger. It can be used by anyone who is coping with anger problems, stress, or anxiety. The app encourages users to maintain an anger log, a CBT inspired diary to help individuals dealing with anger. Users can also select from 25+ different tools and exercises like breathing, mindfulness, muscle relaxation, etc. to help relax and calm down.

Idea is great; execution could improve GREATLY PLS
This app made me angry out of frustration lol because i thought it was gonna be good. I guess interface is user friendly. The prompts are pretty stupid though, none of the sounds were calming.
I get the random prompt but maybe it would be helpful to provide information why and how it will be helpful.
There’s an app called Stoic really great app maybe you could see where they succeeded and replicate that. I love stoic but I have huge anger management issues so an app like this would’ve been helpful.

You can turn off the notifications and reminders in the Settings. You can also select from a different collection of tools that include breathing exercises, meditation, muscle relaxation, etc. You could also try maintaining an Anger Log to record the details about your anger.
