Got little curious on the “contactless” that they brewed up since its a great idea for online order despite dine in. But it turns out that you need to top up and there is no option to directly pay using CC/Gcash without top up.
This is a big no as your money has a tendency to “stay” in the app. Not to mention the extra step to top up, agree to terms and etc. instead of just paying it directly and then end of the story.
Staff no access in the back-end
Accidentally doubled the creation of my account.
Email Address A already registered with my current number.
Forgot the 1st account and have to create another one. Using the same Number, was not able to complete my details since you can only use one number per account. With that, I cannot proceed to order using contactless process.
Long Delivery Time
It took an hour for my order to be delivered and received the ramen cold, as in frozen soup and cold noodles. They should’ve put a note that they’re delivering the ramen frozen.
