RxTro is Australia’s centralised industry platform and is currently used by every medical representative in Australia to organise appointments with primary care physicians. It is currently used ~30% of primary care providers and growing daily.
The key benefit of RxTro is that instead of driving around between clinics, representatives can make/change or cancel appointments all via their iPad and this automatically updated in the customers appointment schedule.
With a representative typically having 5-600 doctors on a territory, this has seen great productivity increases for the industry.
Appointments are often booked six to twelve months in advance. As such representatives want to know when there is a cancellation or change in availability that might suit them.
