SAMPA ridesharing is the most reliable, efficient and fast solution at your fingertips. With SAMPA, you will forget about inconvenience brought by traffic and parking your vehicle. We also made it easy for you to pay in cash or debit/credit card.
How it works:
- Open the app then pick a service you need, provide your destination/s and request for booking.
- All SAMPA drivers will receive a notification from your request.
- Once booked, you will see who responded to give you ride, complete with SAMPA Driver's name and vehicle detail, you could also track him in real-time on the map with estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- When you safely arrive at your destination, you could rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve your experience with us.
- You will receive your e-Receipt to your email.

Misleading Number of Minutes
The indicated number of minutes the rider will arrive is misleading. The app says 2 minutes when in fact the rider is in the other side of EDSA and needs to make a U-turn which is too far from his current location

Definitely cheaper than other motorcycle taxi apps. Drivers are genuinely kind. Booking has never been easy. Just had to wait a minute or two and it will already connect to a driver. Felt safe all of my rides.
The app doesn’t not work most of the time
Never in my life have I used an app that doesn’t work most of the time. The app always crashes, or sticks in a loading screen despite being on high speed internet connections.
UI/UX is also sooooooo poor. Color palettes are boring, overall design is too outdated compared to other applications of the same service.
I appreciate the amount of riders, the cheaper prices of fares, and the ability to link credit cards, but the overall quality of the application breaks the whole experience of it.
I hope the team behind this app will get together and use a lot of testing (performance, functional, automation) to fully improve the quality that the customers deserve.
