Superb digital banking experience!

As a digital banking user, I was very impressed with how the Seabank app interface looks like and how user-friendly it is! I really like the function that you have the option to hide your account number and the amount (including the interest earned) when using the app because it’s very helpful to protect the information especially when using the app outdoor. I appreciate that they included a guidelines on how to make a transfer using bank or Shopeepay e-wallet because that’s very helpful for the new users.

What I really like the most about Seabank that made me sign up and open an account is the very competitive interest rate per annum of 5% and the interest payout is daily so you can check everyday how much you’ve earned! This is the biggest interest rate that I’ve seen so far that’s why I immediately transferred my funds to Seabank to earn more as day goes by. I also like that you can transfer funds online for free and the verification process is really fast! With just one valid ID, you can now open your Seabank account for free and no minimum balance is required! Also, Seabank has a lot of promos that will encourage you to save more that will also help you in your day to day financial needs. I highly recommend this application! It’s awesome <3

The best!

Shopee has a new app product, the SeaBank, and I am interested in how it will satisfy me as a consumer in my every purchase. Since let's admit it, Shopee wouldn't release a development in particular if it would not benefit the customers. After reading the specified services that SeaBank offers, I am intrigued and want to give it a try. I have currently placed an amount of money in my SeaBank account, and I have correspondingly decided to save some of my finances here. I get to collect my cash here, and the advantage doesn't stop there for the reason that it intends to include cashback through ShopeePay. Additionally, it is a relief that I could also pay other banks free of charge. And besides, it is conveyed that it is a bank; hence it signifies that the bank can be trusted since the Bangko Sentral also regulates it.

App timeout BUT successfully transferred balance

I transferred my Seabank money to another bank via InstaPay and I noticed that the SeaBank App just keeps on loading so I wasn’t expecting the transfer to be successful. But when I checked my balance - the money was deducted to my account so I immediately check on the Receiving bank account. True enough - the money wasn’t credited so I immediately contacted Seabank Chat support. Nagmalinis kagad at ang sabi - sa receiving bank daw ang problema and it will take 3-5 banking days for them (SeaBank) to investigate the issue. WOW!!! Superb customer support to the next level! Ang sakin lang- IF receiving bank talaga nagka problema - ni reverse na sana ng SeaBank and also bakit nag successful transfer sa SeaBank App if si Receiving bank ang problema? The fact na it takes longer to Load or to process the transfer - dapat if timeout, unsuccessful dapat ang transaction! I experienced App Timeout with ING bank before and even sa Grab App and immediately, nire-revert back yung transfer kase it takes longer to process the transaction kaya Hindi na-tag na successful ang fund Transfer. Jusme, instead na mag escalate ng issue to look further sana - bato kagad kay receiving bank ang sisi!!! Tapos ang investigation nila 3-5 days daw??!!! So disappointed!!! Nakakadala mag bank sa inyo! So irresponsible!!!
