Great app but…
It’s a great app. The design is clean and very user-friendly and very responsive. But here’s the catch, some shell stations are not yet ready for the app. They always reasoning out that the terminal is offline or they can’t accomodate the app due to they don’t have the scanner for it. I love collecting points. But this is the problem. Hoping that all stations are ready for this, the scanning and giving points to their loyal customers.
Good service and useful app!
I had my change oil in Shell Marilao last weekend and had seemless and affordable service. Will surely go back for other services and for my other vehicle. Furthermore, the app is very intuitive and client responsive.
Keep it up!
Rewards
I really enjoyed the rewards system and the staff almost all friendly and accommodating. I also appreciate stations who give the exact change, sadly some stations don’t (when that happens I don’t go back to that station or I give the exact amount.
