Autosweep RFID Mobile App 17+

The App is comparable to Friendster or Internet Explorer it is “that” very outdated and having a hard time to reload your account using Credit Card. Yes, I am the type of person who doesn’t use GCash, GrabPay and (Pay)Maya. I even considered the Direct Debit (yes it is not safe since it is hard to file a dispute with Debit Cards / Bank Accounts being linked somewhere) but upon clicking it the app crashes lol. Just a bad app and sad for us commuters since the inconvenience it is causing us.

I was glad to see this app, but it needs more improvement. I cannot add another account for my 2nd car, also there is no top up inside the apps to be able to load remaining balance. I cannot edit the name of the account of the car or put a nickname for it and for easy log in, please add biometrics of face id log in. Kindly please do something to update this up so it would definitely be more user friendly and more convenient to all users… I do hope you will consider my suggestions… Thank you

You can check the balance by typing the account number.

However, when you register the in the app itself, it will require you to provide the account number and the plate no. or card no.

Once you provide the above mentioned, there is a pop-up that will tell you that the account is already registered. Nothing will happen after that and now you’re stuck with nothing else to do.
