App crashes upon checkout

Everytime I open the app I always get asked to update. Time and time again I have been disappointed. After I meticulously put all my details, select all the options, and proceed to check out ready to pay, it always brings me back to the original page (the one that appears when you open the app) erasing all the information I have put. CEBU PACIFIC WHAT IS YOUR DEAL? Why do you continuously have users update your app BUT NOT improve the basic things that a well-running app needs? This app is trash and honestly the person trying to book a flight is better off using their desktop browser. I understand that your flights are cheaper in comparison to other airlines but could you please spare a small fund to improve AND ACTUALLY IMPROVE your app? Stop wasting your customers’ time.

feels like an unoptimized website

an app is supposed to feel dynamic and fluid with optimizations that improve user experience, except this app doesnt. it feels like a website that was hastily made, such as when pressing the "Check-In" button, it opens my default browser, shouldnt the app handle it by itself like every other app of an airline? another bad thing is that the app doesnt support apple wallet, which means i cant securely save my boarding pass, and i have to rely on a picture inside my photos app. overall this app requires and deserves a major overhaul. user experience can affect a customers view on an airline.

Trash and very unuseful app

I had tried logging in at this app and even through website but it just keep returning me to the log in page. I’ve reach their customer service via messenger and just inform me that they had escalated my issue to their it team and tried to log in again after 24hrs. It’s been days but I still cannot log in. What kind of service do you have?!! Even my refund, still no update receive from their customer service in which they promise to feedback within 24-48hrs which is technically just a promise that always broken.
