My experience with Angkas rides has generally been positive. The convenience and efficiency of their service have consistently impressed me. However, one aspect that I find inconvenient is the lack of direct payment options to GCash. As someone who frequently uses GCash for transactions, it would be beneficial if Angkas could integrate this payment method into their system. This would not only streamline the payment process for users like myself but also align with the growing trend of digital payments in the Philippines. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still appreciate the reliability and professionalism of Angkas riders, and I will continue to use their service for my commuting needs.

What I liked about the New Angkas App is now quicker to book compared in the old app. I know the app had transitions with their updates & enhancements but I believe it’s gonna be a nice app so far. I recommend to add some online chat feature with the biker so I can easily connect with biker instead of texting because not all the time I have load. I also had a hard time experienced locating the biker, the app notified me that biker was in the pick up location however the apps interface was still far from the pick up location. But so far the app made a progress and its easy and seamless app so far. Charges also much cheaper compared before. Thank you angkas for this opportunity. I’ve been loyal to angkas since then. I also thanked the biker for driving me safe, always.
