✅ ADDING TRIPS 🛫
✅ Update (1 Feb 2024) solved the previous bug experienced when trying to add again a future trip. The app was having a hard time connecting to the server, only the loading screen was appearing for many minutes. I was successful adding the trip to the app from my other phone, but not anymore in primary phone.
🛑 New layout in booking flights hopefully to be optimized for mobile apps. It appears like browsing the web - keeps scrolling, back option often at the very end part of the page.
User Friendly
The app was easy to use, entering all the details, but there’s one glitch when I type frequent flyer for my hubby and made him an account for mabuhay miles, the system was rejecting the ff no. Therefore just to proceed I just deleted the number.
But overall, the app was amazing!
Works fine
I hope you do invest on your app. Especially at a time like this wherein all of us are very cautious towards COVID. It really is a big help to be able to book a flight in the comfort of your own home. Hopefully you improve the app so that it will have a hassle free experience for your customers. The app works for me. I didn’t encounter any problems however improvement is necessary especially when it comes to the interface. Hopefully you can improve the design too.
