Mabuhay Miles 4+

I was just trying to enroll/register and after I hit the submit button it says; I may have already an active account or The email address is already used in another account. I know the whole process of “forgot password; or forgot email/member id no.” But they only had the option of forget password. If the case was I may have already an active account then can you just give me an option of retrieving my member id number?! And also that goes if the email is already used in another account can’t you just do the same thing just send the member id number to that email. Because in the first place I already have accessed my email before I got to the page where it says “You may have already an active account or The email address is already used in another account” therefore you can conclude that 100% that I very much own that email address. Well my whole point is you guys have been doing this apps to make it easier. But your not, and I’m just guessing if I was even able to regiter the whole process of regitering I bet you guys still don’t give much options. And when is PAL ever gonna have an app where you can check-in?

To the PAL management, thank you for developing the app and making it an avenue for us to see your promotions across other businesses of Mr Lucio Tan. That is nice to know.

However, it will do your company well to be consumer-centric and focus on the needs of your passengers. Your app will be more helpful if it can allow passengers to redeem miles for a plane ticket, an upgrade, etc. I hope you can reformat your app to focus on what passengers need without having to interact directly with your staff. The intent of the app should be to make it more convenient for your passengers to monitor the miles as well as make use of the miles. It will also help to reflect the tiering of the miles and how many more miles are needed to move to the next tier of Mabuhay Miles. Thank you.

I have an old Mabuhay Miles number and I wanted to use the app. I registered on the Mabuhay Miles website via my laptop. I verified my email and everything. I then used the app, but it says my account number is not registered. I then tried the website version of Mabuhay Miles and was able to login, no problem. The website also asks for the email address rather than account number.

The app should allow the option to use either the account number or the email address. The app is supposed to be convenient.
