Quick Guide:
1. Install spacedesk DRIVER software for Windows Primary PC.
Download from: https://www.spacedesk.net
2. Install this spacedesk Viewer app for iOS.
3. Open this spacedesk Viewer app and connect to Windows Primary PC.
Connection: USB or LAN (Local Area Network).
LAN: Driver and Viewer must be on the same network
- via Mobile Hotspot
Note: Does NOT need internet connection!
The Windows Primary Machine running spacedesk Driver...
...supports Windows 11, Windows 10 or Windows 8.1. Apple Macs are not supported.
Dual monitor and multi monitor configurations are supported.

Black screen on my ipad
Hello can you help me. When I connect my ipad to my windows, my windows detects my ipad but in my ipad screen it is only black screen. I have the latest spacedesk on both ipad and windows. Ipad ios 12.4.9

If it helps, you can try the following methods:-Turn off Wi-Fi, then turn on the iPad. -Shut down the Spacesesk server, and then shut down the host. If the problem persists, please post a topic on our support forum: https://forum.spacedesk.ph/community/discussion-board
It’s… Okay.
It’s convenient to not have to plug in wires everytime you want to use your device (in my case, an iPad) as a second monitor. Pairing is easy and instantaneous as long as you have the right drivers installed on your PC and you’re connected to the same WiFi. The convenience, however, has it’s drawbacks. It drops frames lower than 30 fps even in the lowest settings. The lowest image quality option makes it very unusable. There is little to no visible difference between the 30fps and 60fps options. It works great for 5 minutes then it starts to stutter and lag resulting to frequent disconnecting and reconnecting multiple times in a work session. Apple Pencil support is non-existent so using the iPad as a drawing tablet for Photoshop is a no-no.
Conclusion: it is good for what it is just don’t expect a similar experience with a real desktop monitor. It can be used for the lighter workload that don’t require involvement of a lot of graphics like reading articles and reading Twitch chat.

Hi fatmachine, Apple Pencil is already supported by our spacedesk iOS Client and spacedesk server. Please update both to latest version and recheck.
Absolute delight but...
I love it. And its extremely useful. Using my old phone or new phone or ipad, it doesnt really matter if ur phone is slow as long as your settings are appropriate. The only thing thats missing? Audio.
I use this so i can walk around the house while watching lectures and some areas are not in range of my bluetooth headphones.
But over all the functionality for the intended use is superb.
