How do I get to stick the notes to my lock screen? No specific instructions in the settings. Please and thanks

Jan. 9, 2019 review:
The paper and theme options are great. On a new sticky note, using the pen is pretty good. But after a few days, when you go back to that note to add something on it, the writing lags and the writing isn’t the same. It needs fixing. The eraser needs a size option as well. It’d be great if there can be a SHARE and PRINT options on the settings. Too bad there aren’t any of these. Hoping to see some changes soon.
Not synchronizing to my other ios device
I already bought the icloud sync and the notes in my iphone and it doesnt sync to my ipad , i thought it will work that way?please response cause i just waste my money
