I took Chinese Mandarin Language training with TESDA in Taguig and was truly grateful with the knowledge, but during the screening interview conducted by Ms. Maria Rowena P. Taylor, I was very upset because she was rude and very unprofessional. The whole process of getting the scholarship is supposed to be smooth, yet she made it "complicated" by playing "smart." She said that I had to quit the job if I couldn't provide her with a proof that my new job wouldn't affect my attendance once the training started. I already told her that I am planning resign but she kept on insisting that it's not possible that she knows the law behind resignation. Despite what happened and her acting like braggart and condescending way, I was still happy given the opportunity to learn Mandarin Chinese. I am complaining about is the training certificate after our training in October, because it is already months and we still didn't get our certificate despite the fact that we passed the final examination. There were also other students complained about her unprofessionalism that might have been the reason why it takes sometime to process. One of my classmates went to there office in Taguig inside the compound of the Women's Center and was informed that we have to wait for a text messaged but until now I haven't received a textmessage and it is already 2020. Despite this, I still managed to passed the HSK1 the Chinese proficiency examination taken in Ateneo last year and I am about to get that certificate which I would get first than the one I have taken earlier in 2019. Still madaming salamat sa opportunity but now I hope the people in Mrs. Rowena Taylor's Office and herself would be oriented or trained how to handle people without making them feel stupid.
