A few things you can do on Threads…
■ Access your Instagram followers
Your Instagram username and verification badge are reserved for you. Automatically follow the same accounts you follow on Instagram in a few taps, and discover new accounts too.
■ Share your point of view
Spin up a new thread to express what's on your mind. This is your space to be yourself, and you control who can reply.
■ Connect with friends and your favorite creators
Jump to the replies to get in on the action and react to commentary, humor and insight from the creators you know and love. Find your community and connect with people who care about whatever it is you’re interested in.
■ Control the conversation
Customize your settings and use controls to manage who can see your content, reply to your threads, or mention you. Accounts you’ve blocked will carry over from Instagram, and we’re enforcing the same Community Guidelines to help ensure everyone interacts safely and authentically.
■ Find ideas and inspiration
From TV recommendations to career advice, get answers to your questions or learn something new from crowd-sourced conversations, thought leaders and industry experts.

Aesthetic
I love this app so much it made me give up on my twitter account that i had since 2014. I’m loving the vibes it’s so aesthetic and it totally boosts socializing since it doesn’t have a message button and i love that.
These are some of my suggestions for this app:
•permanently hide the following count or just let the user be the only one to view his/her following (this will help people to socialize more and not treat it as they do in instagram, it will also help people’s mental health since they can’t stalk who someone else is following)
•add a close friends list like in instagram but make it more like you can add multiple friendlist for different friend groups for example: close friends#1 close friends #2 but make sure people don’t see that they’re on a close friends list that’ll be awkward
•add a for you page wherein you can see people you don’t follow but also have a segregated tab for those you follow
I hope you consider my suggestions.
Good but improvement needed
There should be an improvement to this app, like deleting that thread account without deleting its related Instagram account; separating feeds from those who only follow from the ones that are seen at random (who don't usually follow), etc. Other than that, hoping that it should be a safe space to express opinions and what-nots. And it should have safeguards against misinformation and fake news. And also, can there be a way to block and delete the spam threads, because there aren't any eagle-eyed users who can notice them.
