Instagram 12+

Instagram is nice, has a lot of features and also has a lot of updates. Unfortunately, for those who are iPhone users below iOS 14, they cannot access or send messages and even make a video call. And sadly, I am an iOS 12.5.7 version user, so, predicted, I can’t send messages or make video calls. It’s really really sad and quite disappointing because it seems like the app wants the users to upgrade new phones or update their phone systems every now and then. The people really appreciates the purpose of Instagram, what the said app can do for it’s users, and I hope the company or the programmers will make an action for it. It’s very important, since there are also people around the globe who wants to communicate with there families and friends that can only be contacted through Instagram app. So I hope, I really do hope there is an action for this, since this is very very important to such users. Thank you very much.

I hope ig can give us a way to let us view stories in public even if we have a private account. Also, not related but I hope we can have the For you and Following tab on the Threads homepage again. When I updated it, my feed is messed up again. I switched from Twitter to Threads since Twitter has so much ads. I can see more ads than tweets lol. Also, please add the Following in our profile and let us pin multiple threads. Overall, it’s amazing, aesthetic and I hope it stays that way, without ads.

I also hope that ig fixes their bug in cross sharing or cross posting. When I share a story that I was mentioned, it doesn’t share to Facebook. I checked the settings and everything is perfect. My accounts belong to the same account center, also checked stories settings to make sure all are turned on for sharing. I also checked my partner’s settings since he’s usually the one who mentions me in his story and everything is also correct and sharing is turned on for both of us. Since it started going wrong even if I had a public account, I just switched to private and I grew tired saving stories so I could share it to fb manually. Please fix it.

I made an effort to give you the survey and let you know what to fix. I hope my feedback is noted and I hope this would be fixed. I love your platform because it’s a good way to turn on my social battery and it has become a part of my life.

I have been a user of instagram for as kong as I can remember. I post a lot of pictures ever since I started using social media but just recently, my main account has been suspended saying that I have not followed community guidelines which I’m confused because I haven’t made anything against the community guidelines. I made an appeal and after sending (3) three different valid IDs they still won’t accept it. I’ve run out of ideas to retrieve my account back and now they stopped giving me emails even though I continue to give them multiple copies of my IDs. Looking forward I made a new instagram, and just a day after making it, it was again suspended, sent an appeal and fortunately they gave my account back. A month after, it was then again suspended, I also sent an appeal this time and unfortunately a day after, my account got disabled. I knew that I didn’t made anything against the community guidelines because I’ve only posted photos of myself and food on my instagram story, and I didn’t post anything on my timeline. I’ve heard other people having the same concern as me and I hope META will do something about this. Hoping to retrieve my suspended account back and I hope they review my account that didn’t go against any community guidelines. Thank you.
