The app has improved a lot since its initial launch. I remember when viewing the orders takes a lot of time already. Now, it’s gone smooth. The following are some points you may improve: 1) Incorporate more features available from browser eg seller’s note on buyer’s orders, other campaign/promotional tools, etc; 2) Make customer order’s breakdown easier to understand. There are lots of id**t buyers on Tiktok (seriously). While I believe you tried to make it comprehensible as you can, you can still improve it. Sho**e’s breakdown is surprisingly easy to understand. 3) Improve return and refund process.

Im rooting to a fair judgement here in tiktok, not just to the buyer but more on the side of the seller, since we are helping the tiktok as a business partner to be one of the trusted shopping e-commerce in the philippines. Please be more considerate to small business, we are selling not be rich but rather to survive everyday living 🙏🙏🙏 more power and Godbless us all

1. Gives you violation for negative reviews if your only mistake is not giving freebies just like others. Even if you made an appeal. Tiktok still impose the violation as if the low rating is not already a punishment itself. Double kill?!?? 2. Approves your listing then after a week or so will remove because you violated a certain chuchu? Why did you approve the listing in the first place? 3. Poor customer service. Very poor customer service. 4. Very quick to deduct but takes so long to refund lost item due to irresponsible courier. Again very poor customer service. Passive 5. They never listen to sellers. They just want to milk you. This platform is all about money money money and how will they earn from seller.
