Art Voyage Regatta

I think there’s a problem regarding the latest Art Voyage Regatta. I already completed three tasks and none of it shows on the Race part of the competition. Our team shows that there’s zero points on it. And before completing those three tasks, I’ve been experiencing problem in starting the task. When I press the start button, it will go back to being available instead of displaying that I already availed it. Please fix it already. By the way, it’s been a year since I played Township yay! It helped me a lot in my depressed stage of my remaining college days. Thank you for this wonderful app! Regards also to Homescapes and Gardenscapes which I also have in my phone ❤️

Worst technical service

I have been very active in all its events and even purchase Township cash using real money. I am very competitive in it. There was a Race of Champions event I joined but the arOC building does not show up in my town. However, my co op mates told me that I am also earning keys. When it ended, I ranked fifth in my co op with all the keys I contributed. However, I failed to get any prize even when my co op placed first in ROC. I left that co op humiliated and filed a ticket to tech support. christine D and Rona told me that it has been fixed. Even asked me to ask my previous co op to send them a message with the reference number attached. All I got was that it will be fixed. Today is the start of the new Race of Champions and I still don’t have it in my town. I already uninstalled and reinstalled it a lot of times as suggested. Still the same. Will never install this again because their tech support can’t get behind their app. Will campaign against others in playing this game.

Usurps time and sabotages you

The game takes up too much time. This is for unemployed and out of school youth. The package that take 14 hours of your life only costs 149. Then whatever will be your next airplane cargo, the game will give you the same one in the helicopter so as to minimize your resources with lesser payback. The puzzles dont make sense sometimes three makes a rocket and it never gives you the ones you need for the regatta. You can never reach 600 live which is the only way you can take 2 bucks lying around on some event. The game have no respect for your time. Do not play this game if you are employed or have anything going in your life. It would be fair if the puzzles are really puzzles. But no everything is centered to defeat you with their bad algorithm. There are also bugs that you can’t get life bottles. Life bottle is 20 and the obstacle is 51. Also doesn’t make sense to put puzzles on a gathering game.
