Make this compatible to lower IOs version

This app only supports ios 13 or higher. Please make this compatible to lower version of IOS, because majority of Filipinos cannot afford high-end phones.

Crashing all the time

It opens until you see the logo as what other reviews said but whenever I try to “Start Trazing” it just crashes. This is so frustrating especially because airports require us to use it and I travel a lot for work since I’m a physician. And whenever I travel, I have to redownload it and show that it’s not working. Please fix this issue ASAP. It’s been months and it still has the same issue.

Hello Good Day!

I have problem downloading this app because my phone is iphone 6 it needs to upgrade into ios 13 but my phone has limit to update in ios 12 only.

It badly needed to download this app for my daily work to traze before entering the entrance, i only have this phone since before this mandatory at aiport.

Can you please allowed or lower the update for the iphone 6 user not just me but the concern of the others cannot afford the buy new phone for this app.

Unfortunately, it is Apply's policy that the access is for iOS13 and above at the time when we uploaded this application. You may ask for your family to register for you, or proceed to the Traze Helpdesk to be able to print out your Traze ID. Thank you.
