I shifted from grab to uber a few months before, because the ride was better, the locator was more accurate and the rides was always ready. The past month , turned to worse. The waiting time became longer, the rides assigned to me was always too far and had to wait at least 10 minutes, and the worst part, something goes wrong with the app in the middle of the wait? What happened? Even if you have lower rates than grab, waiting became worst. Thats why i became a platinum member of grab even if they have higher rates. Because the ride is given priority, and frequent riders like me are given priority.

I just want to warn you about uber, I am very disappointed with what happened on January 31, I booked an uber and I brought 6 big cakes that cost 1000 plus riyals, I told the driver that I will just get my iqama for a while because it was left for maybe less than 1 minute it was sad the uber was gone it left even though it knew my cakes were there, we tried to call several times but it just kept ringing until the phone call was no longer reached, the saddest thing was when we messaged the uber service, their answer was that I didn't leave anything according to the uber driver, I'm really disappointed because we worked hard on the cake that should be the day of the pictorial for my boss it's sad because my boss is very angry with me and wants to pay for the all cakes, after we called the uber driver again late at night, he answered but also made us know that we were asking for a cake. don't use uber anymore because there is no protection for people like us their customers what's sad is the person you are talking to is a.i and they don't care about your complaint even if you pay for their service

I've been a Uber user for a year. So far, I've been very satisfied with the services until late 2016 when one morning I called for Uber and the driver took a lot than the said time to arrive at my house. He even switched roads a few times which resulted to him being late. Since I'm getting really late for school, I asked the driver to cancel it but then, the Uber app suddenly refreshes and redirected me to a new driver. The new Uber driver's services were really good. Then the past driver contacted me to cancel the booking. I'm like, I can't even cancel it bc Uber suddenly redirected me to someone. And now, Uber services failed me again, both the app and the driver. The app's lagging and the driver even cancelled on me. The previous booking's arrival's supposed to be 7:29 but Uber suddenly redirected again and the driver "again" cancelled on me. 😔😔😔😔😢

I live in qatar. I booked to this driver to this driver name amjad.. I use my debit card because I do not have cash with me and i put big trust for this app uber. When I received a text message from the app that driver said he arrived, and told me if im coming. I saw on the map that he went to the another side. I tried to call this driver many times and does not even cancel my call at all!. So basically what this driver did next was cancel my booking and boila he got my money.. like i wasted my 15 rials for nothing and i got cancelation fee for another 10 rial.. I immediately report this driver to uber app and I never received any feedbck at all.. Like how can you let this driver work again to you guys if he is trying to scam every passenger. I tried to complain with you guys and you do not do anything at all.. this is the worst app and not trustworthy app
