- Renewal price: The first month experience price is 0.99 USD/month, and the next month starts at 3.99 USD/month

Ratings and Reviews
Video playback doesn’t work after 3rd camera was installed.
Good day. Initially, when I had 2 cameras connected it was working ok. It was able to record the whole day and I can replay the video any previous recorded time. But when I installed the 3rd camera, The playback options started to have errors for all my camera. I cannot now look at the replays. Also the recording bar or the red/blue bar indicating the recorded time is now incomplete. Any help pls?
Pointless AI Humanoid Detection service in their Cloud
I subscribed to their AI Humanoid detection in Cloud thinking it would declutter and save up on space as it “supposedly” only records and captures footage when humans or humanoid figures are present. It turns out it STILL records everything despite no humans, humanoids or movement present in the area. It’s a waste of money and frankly a pointless “feature” in the app.
The cameras they sell also continuously record, giving false alarms that movement has been detected even though no humans or movement are present in the area. This happens especially with the light bulb cctv’s that they sell, in the morning time when the sun is at its brightest around 8:00 AM. The CCTV somehow mistakes a bright sun as “movement” and captures the area despite no humans or movement present.
If you think enabling AI Humanoid Detection solves these woes, tough luck. You’re just throwing money away. Their CCTV products are cheap guaranteed, but if you really want quality and secure cameras, buy somewhere else and from professionals. The crap these people sell are garbage.
Make the playback on sd card faster
Hi team, we’ve been using the app for a year now and it has served us pretty well. Though the latest app version update always direct the playback to the cloud recording option even though were are not subscribed and just maximizing the sd card storage. Also, the latest app version update, has few seconds delay or loading when doing the playback compared to the previous app version. Hope we can get it back and apply to the future app updates. And make the tabs or buttons simpler and cleaner to navigate at the bottom screen of the app. There’s a tendency we may accidentally clicked on the alarm and speak even though we don’t intend to. Thank you and keep up the great work!
