WardRun is a daily medical game. You run a hospital ward one patient at a time, and every patient is a question. Answer right and the ward keeps running. Answer wrong and you lose energy and ITU beds; run out of either and your shift is over. Everyone gets the same questions on the same day, so you finish ranked against every other doctor and student who played.
Two free modes, new every day.
DAILY
The main run. Three wards, getting harder as you go. You start with limited energy and three ITU beds; wrong answers drain them, and if either runs out the shift ends. Emergencies interrupt between patients, and each ward finishes with a harder complex case. One run a day.
BLITZ
Five patients, against the clock. Your time is your score, to the millisecond, and every wrong answer adds five seconds. Quick only wins if you're also right. Separate leaderboard, separate streak.
RANKED
Three leaderboards: you against every player, your medical school against the rest once you verify your student email, and a private league you start with friends. Seasons reset monthly, the daily race resets every morning, and your streak runs as long as you keep playing.
THE QUESTION BANK
4,800+ original questions, every one explained in full. Mapped to UKMLA and the pre-clinical curriculum: anatomy, physiology, pathology and pharmacology through to medicine and surgery. Just as useful for PLAB, the same game wherever you train.
STUDY PREMIUM
Daily and Blitz give you one run each per day. Study Premium lifts the limit: unlimited questions, and every session built for you from the spaced-repetition reviews that are due, your weakest topics, and the cards you haven't seen yet. Nothing to set up. A Readiness score from 0 to 100 shows how prepared you actually are, by accuracy, coverage and recency.
