Hey Twitter, as you probably already know, there are many accounts which exist just to spread misinformation, doxxing, leaking IP addresses and threatening other users. May I please request you to make your platform into a more safe and friendly place. I know this is the platform to go to if someone wants to voice out their opinions and that’s great! But there is no excuse for users to be able to leak IP addresses in an attempt to destroy/shutdown people who are trying to voice out their own opinions. Everybody has rights, but I believe nobody should have the leisure and be given the chance or ability in your platform to leak/dox other people’s personal information. Sure, maybe death threats and spreading misinformation is common around the internet. But please do something about the doxxing, the cancel culture, and the accounts who do nothing but tarnish your amazing platform’s brand image. I like this platform a lot and many of the users in it. But letting some users dox and leak personal information of another user’s IP address, real life identities, and many more, AND letting them continue to do so should not be an ability that one should possess. Please do something about these kind of users soon. And if you already are, that’s great. Thanks and I hope to have a more safer experience with your platform soon.

Twitter is very convenient when it comes to looking for the latest news and connecting with friends and people in general. But recently I've encountered a few problems I'll be stating here:1. The retweet button. I actually prefer the old one where, after clicking it once, gives you the option to quote or simply retweet rather than assuming you'll be quote tweeting. The last one is just more convenient and nit to mention faster as it didn't require the user to go across the screen to tap on retweet after tapping AND being redirected. 2. Please give us the option to mute videos the same way we can mute words. Quite frankly, I don't want to hide sensitive content as sometimes it makes mistakes and covers up something that isn't sensitive at all. Plus, there's only a handful of videos that irk me and that keep appearing on my timeline. The only option I have is to mute/block the original owners of these videos but personal connections stop me from doing so. I think having this option is also highly convenient, no?

X been suspendinf accounts with further investigation; repeatedly mistaking suspension. My account was suspended for no apparent reason, despite the fact that it was simply a fan account used for liking, reposting, and engaging respectfully with contents. I do not participate in fan wars, nor do I engage in any malicious or harmful behavior, so this action feels completely unjustified.It is frustrating that accounts like mine with little to no followers can be flagged without clear explanation or proper review. While there are a lot of other big accounts who are not suspended with the case i have as mine. I downloaded x just because I want to see updates of my favorite artist and I like to repost their contents and losing it suddenly is not something that can be easily replaced. (NOTE: I just made that account this week then you suspend my account without proper review and closing the case immediately)X seriously needs to improve its moderation system and provide clearer communication when taking such actions.Situations like this should be addressed immediately, as they negatively impact genuine users who are simply trying to enjoy the platform. This platform is just too much. So unfair. If there’s a 0 star here i will really rate this a 0!

hello I received your email regarding the suspension of my account and you said that I violated the rules against counterfeit. I believe that I did not do that on my account. I do not post or tweet fake items, money, and I do not sell any illegal substances and fake drugs on my account. I do not do any counterfeiting. You are wrong in your accusations against me. I would not do such a thing and I am even more so not in the habit of defrauding people. You are suspending so many accounts for no good reason. There are so many accounts on X that are deceiving people but you are not suspending them but you are suspending the sensible and well-organized accounts. I have had my account for 3 years and I know all your rules so I am careful with every post and tweet I make. I waited for months for you to reply to my email about suspension of my account but you are replying that I violated your rules agains Counterfeit? I didn't do that. please be fair! You guys are not answering my email so I'm expressing my grievances to you here. Please be fair. I haven't violated any of your rules and I haven't done anything wrong with my account. I hope you will review my account again so I can get my account back.
