Problematic
App has problems that are not consistent, maybe tied to updates.I have 4 cameras in use. 1) Area of picture to alarm used to work but not now. 2) No sound on recording to phone, only video 3) Sound recorded to local memory card on camera but cannot store sound and video to phone, same as point 2 4) Cannot give feedback to developer unless can read and write Chinese. 5) Some cameras go offline for no reason while others remain online. All in same house and close to router. 6) The direction of how to swipe the screen to rotate to camera has changed.
OLDER version is BETTER
New version takes AGES to load! When you open the app you have to wait for 2 minutes before it shows the live screen. And when it shows, you have to wait for another 30-45 sec before you can move the camera. The older version was better. App opens and loads right away. We even plan of changing CCTVs bc of the poor app upgrade. I wish users can choose if they want to use the upgraded version.
