im ios user and paid my subscription via gcash,
even my log in on this app is the phone # on my gcash acct, i’ve been charge but the subscription is INEFFECTIVE
i checked this issue online and they said the vip prompt will always be there but u can still play and download it. but as for mine IT DIDNT WORK
their feedback feature for reporting issue keeps refreshing in less than a minute and i cant even fully explain the help i needed
my BIGGEST WORRY IS this might CHARGE me AGAIN next month. 😭

Not fully displayed on IPad
When I downloaded this app on my ipad, the display is so small it is like watching videos on my phone. When I tried expanding it, it only shows in half of my screen. So frustrating to use. I cannot fully enjoy watching on my ipad.

After you need to turn on the lock orientation, click to view in full screen. You can update to the latest version to see if this fixes the problem.
Fix the subtitles
I tried so many streaming apps and this app have problem with the subtitles that you offer to all the videos, the subtitles are always off and some are misspelled and not on time when someone is talking also some subtitles doesn’t even appear on the screen and it’s hard to navigate with what they are saying since I only understand a few foreign words.
