Sanctum Games has always had one goal: to bring warmth into busy lives. Founder and producer Domo started off as a designer at a gaming company but spent nights and weekends developing his own material. In 2018, he set up his own independent studio.

Built around the smallest magical creatures found in Sanctum Games’ earlier works, Mochicats Collection made an unexpected splash upon release and is now the studio’s best-known title. In addition to cute graphics, developers add relaxing and healing gameplay to create leisurely experiences anyone can enjoy.

• The rotund and bouncy Mochicat characters are a combination of ever-popular feline elements with a spark of cuddly inspiration.

• Mochicats are immortal! Meet one and it will stay with you forever.

• Mochicat designs draw from everyday life – even if the results may seem a little bizarre. For example, Char-broil Cat is a Sugar Cat that became lightly toasted after dozing off in the afternoon sun. Strawberry Cat ate so much of its favourite fruit that it practically turned into a strawberry.

• Of the nearly 200 different Mochicats available in the game, Bread Bear is perhaps the rarest. A character created in collaboration with illustrator Bread Tree, this unusual food-animal hybrid is actually a cute and cuddly Mochicat.
