If you are a new ADCB Mobile App user or if you are using the app on a new device, register with the following steps:
- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App
- When prompted, enter your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN; enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Alternatively, you can enter your ADCB Customer ID and activation key which you can obtain through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre
If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your existing ADCB Mobile App password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment (handset dependent).

Push Notifications Not Coming
Updated 20/11/2023: I have changes my phone from iPhone XS Max to iPhone 15 pro max, push notifications are not coming at all though it’s enabled in the application as well as at Os level. Only SMS are being received.
Please check the issue with Push Notifications
Old Review:
Push notifications are not working anymore for iPhone Xs Max iOS 16.1.1, when ever i perform a transaction, push notification only comes with the following dialogue “you have done a transaction, open the application to check”. Please fix this.

Face Id security issue after app reinstall
i had configured face id and everything was ok, but i deleted the app and download from store again, app shows me my name and it also can login with registered face id, while it must ask for credentials to re input.
