Problem signing as new user
Hi I used the Mashreq app 2 years back now I am to Uae and my account is active I just downloaded the app and trying to sign in as a new user I forgot the old user name and password there is a problem in cvv showing incorrect please help me to start using my banking from app thanks
Worst services
I opened account. On web showing active but on mobile showing it will take 1 to 3 business days ( showing from one Monday) I contacted and filed multiple complaints. No response no reply no call. Please don’t open account with Mashreq. They use trick to initiate the account opening process after that no one help you. Initial steps are so easy but after that they have hell services. No one pick your call on helpline. No action on complaints. I don’t know how they are running bank.
Hi contacted from contact us many times. Never got response back. Now developers will reply please contact via web page. I suggest instead of asking to us please ask to your team to improve your support team.
No point to ask to customers to contact via web when no one response on web ticket generate.

Worst Experience
I have been using Mashreq for past 1.5 Years. Have never faced any major issue. But recently, a family member of mine was in dire need of amount. I transfered amount by the evening. It never reached this day after waiting for 1 week. Still waiting…
This doesn’t end here. I tried almost all the ways to reach support team. Neither this Bank has any branch to visit nearby. I have never got a response back from. Everyone please, better to go for a Bank that at least listens you.
