Easy our life. Great service. But tired of updating the app after every second day.
Horrible experience
I regret the time when I download this app. This is the most pathetic app with an unorganised inventory and delivery system. I placed order online and after 5-6 hrs received a call that they do not have most of the items I need and the person told me why I paid before order? He asked me to add something else so, after going through the app, I sent him some products and guess what, they didn’t have stock of it too. I asked him just to add the snacks and close the order then he delayed my order and told me that I can get it next day. Today at 5, I called to know about order and the concerned person said rider is 10 mins away. It’s 9.48 at this time and rider still said that he will take another half an hour. Secondly, if you don’t have stock at a specific branch of yours then why the inventory being shown there? Do you really consider it a joke?
