Customer services issue

I repeatedly face issue with online order confirmation. Once the online order is placed, the metro staff calls to get another confirmation. This is where the issue is. Firstly, they call at their own convenient time which may not be a convenient time for the customer and if for any reason they are not able to speak to the customer at that time they just mention call attempted in their records and delay the delivery. I suggest if getting confirmation is absolutely essential, use alternate means as well. You may ask to reply by email or by whatsApp. Yesterday around 9:30 pm I received a call, my wife attended and informed that I was in the washroom and metro guy said that he would call after 10 min, which he never did. Since then I myself tried to call many times but the auto system puts me on hold to listen to the music for a long time and no one picks the call. I have called a number of times and lost around 150 Rs as calling charges but still couldn't to connect. Very frustrating indeed!

Disappointing and Untrustworthy

It’s really disappointing to see that one cannot trust even such a big name in Pakistan. I ordered a carton of milk which was on a discounted price with some other small stuff. I got a confirmation call from them and was told that these will be delivered on the selected date and time slot. On the day of delivery, I again received a call from them and was told that the milk carton i bought is out of stock and they can replace it with some other brand. I told them that i only needed the brand i selected and if it is not available then they can cancel the whole order. They still changed the brand by and instead of 1 milk carton, they changed to 2 milk cartons by themselves. I have to call them again and explain everything again to get my order canceled. The order should have been canceled when they were told to do so on the first call. Also, After everything, i checked again on the app and the milk carton i bought was not removed or marked out of stock, but, instead the price of that milk carton was increased which means that the milk carton is available, they just don’t want to deliver at the price on which i have booked it.

خود نہیں آتا تو کسی بڑے سے پوچھ لینا چاہئے

I think you rightly believed that there will be no returning customer after using this app therefore you always ask for location on start up. Have you never started this app yourself? Location is never traced correctly. Why don't you ask for Login info on start up where you can see our saved locations? Also your payment mechanism never works.
