We’ve developed a user friendly surveying and quoting element to our jobs! For the smallest job like replacing a window handle, or larger jobs like replacing a house full of glass, Bikmon creates a CLEAR survey, giving you all the information regarding glass location and spec, door handle sizes, window hinge specs and all door works. It is specifically designed for us, the window and door repairers. A huge benefit of Bikmon is the specially designed feature that calculates your glass cost for you. Once you have successfully input all the glass sizes and specifications, Bikmon will work out the unit cost from your own Per Square Meter rates right in the app. You can then input your manufacturer's rates. This allows you to immediately work out your additional costs and give your potential customers a quotation in no time. One of the worst parts of quoting is sitting down in front of the customers whilst they wait for you to finish working out the glass prices. Bikmon can help here as well! Your quotation is created for you directly on the app. Say goodbye to the mess and chaos of collating hand written sheets of paper, whether it be a carbon copy or emails. Bikmon can generate all the information about the survey and turn it into a quotation in real time. You can then input the total job cost and get the customer’s signature right on the app, which will then allow you to send them a copy for their records as well, along with up to group of survey pictures. The app also allows you to include your branding materials on all paperwork, such as your company logo.
