The experience with the was so smooth

Had the worst experience at Burger Lab Islamabad. I called the UAN call center number and checked with the guy on call whether they deliver at my address on which he confirmed that Burger Lab F-8 does deliver in E-11. 1 hour and 40 mins later i called on the UAN number again to confirm at what time i’ll be receiving my order upon which they informed my order has been cancel because it is out of radius. A CUSTOMER HAS BEEN WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD FOR OVER 1 HOUR AND 40 MINUTES AND NOBODY CARED TO IFORM THEM!! Call center did not take responsibility of this action and blamed the F-8 branch for this act, when asked about their head office they did not disclose the information even though the company is registered with FBR which goes against company laws. When the Branch Manager got in touch with me he tried to lie his way out by saying they just got the order and rejected due to out of radius. When i told him i placed the order 1 hour 40mins ago he got rude with me and dropped the call straight away. Is the real management going to take action with how the customers are treated by your so called managers and call center people? Are you guys only here to make money! Your customers are being treated horribly by the people you guys have put in charge and you people should be liable for your wrong doings!

There is too much lag while loading on this application as well as on your website. Whenever I click on the order now button it takes like eternity to open up even then it says some type of error ig 505.
