Token Tax issue

Last year the app was very efficient and had a good response but this year when I opened it to pay the token of my vehicle, I faced many problems. I am mentioning the issues below and I hope they are resolved as soon as possible so that people can benefit from it as it is a peak time for everyone to pay their token taxes.
1) It shows errors again and again and each phase. If you keep trying again the error goes but the error should not come even come in the first place.
2) When we do the payment it takes a really long time for the system to update. I done the payment and I was keep on checking for the receipt in the “View paid tax” section but it took a whole day to come there.
3) When I go to the “View paid tax” section to save and print my receipt (payment slip) when I press download PDF, it opens the slip but there is no option to go back, or save the PDF or anything. The only way to go back from that point is to shut down the app and start again.
4) In the payment slip, there is not title where the detail is usually mentioned against each amount. The amount is written on the right side but in the title column there is no entry of whether it is the income tax, rebate, or motor vehicle tax.
Please take these issues into consideration and solve them as soon as possible.

Updates

It is a good app but unfortunately no body is updating it regularly. For example I got registered my car and when ever I checked status of smart card there was one message “AWAITED FOR VERIFICATION (Document Verification). This happened for more than three months. One day I thought that I should visit the Excise office to enquire about the issue but when I went there I was surprised to know that the card was ready. This shows that no body bothers to update the app contents or excise website.

In this day and age of digital advancements, it was the need of the hour to have a digital platform for the citizens of Islamabad. At the start I have benefited from two features that ETO Token Tax Payment, it has generated an e-sahulat tracking ID which needed to be told at any e-sahulat franchise. I hope it will be as simple as that, and we need not to stand in long ques in this scorching heat. Secondly, for Bill Payment of Water and Allied Services it has generated an old biannual bill of first half of last fiscal year. I would be glad if it would have guided us to a banking portal from where we could pay due bill amount. Similarly, it would be much better if the payment against e-sahulat tracking ID could be made possible through electronic channels instead of visiting the e-Sahi kay franchises.
