I’m a loyal seller at Daraz;
I have been experiencing a lot of trouble in Daraz Seller Centre application, it was very difficult to upload products description and images. Editing products description is another big issue. So many hook ups. The application stops working after sometime. Constant update with receiving orders updates and it’s status confirmation updates are not clearly visible on the application. It is always so confusing and disappointing to use this application as a seller, you have to try attempting multiple times and still it’s a flop thing through mobile application. Please make it more convenient for users especially Seller’s. Thanks and best Regards!
Horrible App Experience!
I have been using daraz app for couple of months but the new interface is just horrible, bad colours even the UI is really confusing and bad. Product images disappear automatically and product discription removes automatically i have to write 3 to 4 times to save it. Can you please revert this junk? Previous app was better. It was updated automatically otherwise pervious UI is much better. You just need to change some UI elements in previous app and its done. We don’t need to know that daraz is in many countries, what we want is clean and minimal interface with less bugs and not with kindergarten colours!
