Daraz Online Shopping App 4+

I’m a regular customer of Daraz and I’ve ordered various items from different accounts. At first it was good n I recieved good products but my last 3,4 orders have been a disaster. I recieved wrong size n horrible print of a t-shirt, a herb which was just total waste, a garment with wrong color not the one I chose and some of the other items which were nothing like what was shown. Their return policy is not “easy” as they claim, it’s very complicated and most of the items r non returnable. Also, they rejected my review for the product which is very unfair on the customer’s part cuz it is my right that my review be made public. Very disappointed with Daraz.

06 September: Order placed (Expected delivery dates by Daraz: 09 Sep-14 Sep) 06 September: Credit Card charged for the full amount (to be converted later on into EMI, my card limit to this date is blocked). 21 September: Tracking updated with Out for delivery, First Delivery attempt failed and Delivery failed (All of them on Sep 20, 13:32) Notes in product pictures: Customer will visit Daraz warehouse to collect the motorcycle, Home delivery service is not available. 1) I was supposed to pick up the order then why was a delivery attempt made? 2) Delivery will be attempted next working day incase of a failed attempt. But, order tracking highlights that attempt, reattempt etc. were all on the same date and time. (Which seems fraudulent, just an attempt to relieve themselves from making actual delivery. 3) Refund was initiated without informing the buyer, no email etc about an unsuccessful attempt on Sep 20. 4) I cannot find any call from unknown number on Sep 20, 13:32 in my log. 5) Order delayed and then status updated with failed attempts. 6) Emailed Daraz multiple times after Sep 15 but received mostly automated replies related to delay in delivery. All this accounts to malpractice in my opinion. Be careful! If your delivery makes it to your door you are fine but if something happens in between, its like beating about the bush; your problem is not going to be addressed logically, no support from Daraz just automated replies.

I’ve ordered some pet stuff (about 5 orders) last month as I got no time to physically visit a pet store. I’ve made all the payments through Easypaisa which was connected to my daraz wallet. One of my order got cancelled at very first placed by the daraz system but I was charged for that item. I tried to contact the daraz customer care and get to know that their call and email services aren’t available. So the next day, I tried live chat. The representative asked me to wait for 48 hours for automated reversal. After the wait of 48 hours then again contacted to the live chat where I asked to wait for another 48 hours and even I asked to file a complaint, the representative told me it’s a automated process and if I don’t get my money back then they will file a complaint. I didn’t the get my money back on the given period of time so I contacted them again and finally they lodged complaint. After a week, I got an email from daraz executive in which he told me they didn’t receive my payment and I’ve to contact easypaisa. Like seriously. It’s the story of just one order, the rest are no different. I’ve been scammed from daraz and lost more than 6000 PKR. I’ve all the screenshots and e-statement of my account which I have been shared with their executive and customer care representatives but all in vain.
