Not facilitating to their customers
They don’t provide the credit card while i am using NBD salary bank account since march 2023. Even their evaluator employee can’t discriminate between real customer and fake those already make fraud with NBD for small amounts in terms of loan and credit card. I applied three time but NBD rejected it was funny behaviour for me by the way the notable thing is for them why i should make bad reputation to my profile for these small things.

A poorly and dumbly designed app with low calibre bank staff who never read the feedback
(1) banking app is dumbly designed (2) my address is Pakistan address but dumbly designed banking app insists that I should add UAE address (3) app has no operational system to give feedback so I have to send e mail to the bank who in turn gives auto reply that bank e mail is not responding to any mails (4) customer service staff who called me on my number do not know proper English and are rude and discourteous (5) I cannot run my business as this unprofessionally designed app is not allowing me to make any bank transfer (6) I have registered a company in UAE but this bank has been most unhelpful - god help those who use this totally disastrous nbd bank app

Lovely interface experience
Love the new app. The interface and everything is great. Would like to request to add feature where we can see the converted amount of transactions. If I transfer GBP to AED, I only see GBP amount in Aed transaction list and can not see the converted AED amount. If this details can be added, it would be great. Overall great experience 👍
