Good service
Good service with nice and helpful crew
But the temp kept in plane is very low
Last time i travelled i felt soooo much cold
I was literally freezing and there were no socks provided by ehtihad to keep myself warm
Slow and unhelpful
My flight from Chicago was delayed because of which I missed my connecting flight to Islamabad and was given another flight the next day at 2:00 pm . My passport was taken to provide me with visa and accommodation to hotel which took more than 6 hrs. After that I didn’t even need it. The ppl giving information were very unhelpful and nothing was done to help me and my family.
