[Description of auto-renewing subscriptions]
1. Instructions for continuous monthly subscription
--Subscription period: 1 month
- Subscription price: 1 yuan for the first month, 15 yuan per month thereafter
2. Instructions for subscribing and unsubscribing
--Payment: Debit through the user's iTunes account, and the user will pay immediately after confirming the purchase
--Renewal: Apple’s iTunes account will be deducted within 24 hours of expiration. After the deduction is successful, the subscription period will be extended by one subscription period

Solution 1. Open the Appstore on your phone, click the blue avatar icon in the upper right corner, and then go to "Subscription"> "Huawei Sports Health" to cancel the subscription.
Solution 2: 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription period, go to the iTunes/Apple ID "Settings Management" page and turn off the automatic renewal. Cancellation within 24 hours before expiration will result in a subscription fee.

Watch faces option is available after update in the software in iPhone 6S + but while opening the watch faces its is given option wearable is not connected reconnect the device. As my watch is already connected with the mobile. Is there any solution?

Both app and the watch is great to work with in my iPhone 6s. But recently bought a Huawei p20 pro mobile phone, thinking that my new phone and my phone could blow my mind. But sadly, for my disappointment, the phones Huawei health app doesn’t have the option to select my country. It doesn’t have Maldives in the drop down list. So the app doesn’t even operate on my new phone, hence making my purchase both the phone and the watch a waste. Please consider including our country in the app drop down menu for Huawei drop down list, I assume, androids version of Huawei health would be as perfect as apple version of Huawei health.I have even written this concern to your email but so far I didn’t get get any replies.
Why is it compulsory to add a phone number?

So to add a device you need a account which is pointless. After that they ask you to use a gmail to create the account or your phone number. And for some reason no matter what you pick it will guaranteed ask you for your number. Why? Why? I have a phone that doesn’t have a sim in it and this is a massive problem for me. Not only that the watch is garbage. I walk and look at the step count is doesn’t change! I reset, i start a work out, i tighten my watch nothing works. Well the watch right now is saying i have a heart rate of 120, with the history this thing has that might as well be a lie!

Whenever i update my move goal, it gets updated in my device as well but after some days it resets back to the previous value. Also, I did a workout 2 days back but didn’t opened the app, after 2 days I opened to track my workouts but the ring isn’t showing filled color although the workout is appearing in the workout records of the app. Reopening the app fixed it thou. Plus, Would love to see ai generated health insights in future.
