Can somebody tell me when the heck are people saying there are crashes id see any i have this app for like a year now and i haven’t got a single crash why?! Energy problem

I absolutely loved this game soo muchIts amazing and very interesting..The only problem why i am giving it 4 stars is because of energy problem..We should have more energy and energy refill time will be low that’s how you can improve user experience. We aren’t able to complete tasks and cannot play game further because energy is used up already this is what completely destroy the enjoyment and the whole thing..It’s my request to the developers please do something with energy problem it’ll make this game more and more popular and give users a good experience

I hadn’t played this game for about a month and when I opened it today it is saying “someone asked HP event group for an empty id” so pls tell me what this means. I also received an email explaining that this issue would be solved? But it has been really long today and I want to play the game so pls just fix this problem and overall the game is great! I have had a lot of fun but I will cut a star for not having much energy in here pls add more energy for the players
Crashes & Bugs

The game itself is great and highly addictive but the main issue that most of the people are dealing with is that there are these random crashes and bugs in the game that make it difficult to play . Like on my device the game most of the time doesn’t start at first try and if it starts the audio is mostly glitched subtitles often appear late .These issues need to fixed otherwise the game is great .
