This is the best broker I have used I used to scalp in other brokers and was never profitable but since I changed my broker now I’m profitable. But this app does need improvements like the chart lags very often and I am not being able to place my order in first click I have to click multiple times to place my order. Just fix these two problems other than that this is the best broker

I had withdrawn money from Exness using my debit card, and it says 'done' on Exness, but the transaction hasn't been received in my account yet. I had made another transaction a little while ago, and that one was received successfully, so it's not an issue with the information. But this particular transaction has been pending for a long time, and I'm not able to get any support. The option to contact support is not available, and they're saying it will take six to seven days, but six to seven days have already passed. I had a similar issue with a transaction earlier, and now this is happening again. Exness is full of scammers who eat up your money and mess with your transactions. My money is stuck with them, and I don't know what to do. I'm not getting any response from customer support, and when I do, it takes two or three days for them to reply, and then another two or three days. These people are scammers.

A few days back I deposited my funds from binance to exness and there was no issue no verification needed of the wallet and the funds were successfully deposited now when I am trying to withdraw my funds its suddenly asking for wallet verification and my personal details listed on binance through screen recording even when I provide them with it they are still not verifying my wallet and sending me the same auto generated message to send them the screen recording I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with them i have used other platforms but never faced this issue like who wants to verify a wallet address by asking them for their personal information of the other exchange gonna try to withdraw my funds and never use this exchange in my life again

Withdrawal not working at all

This is an extremely poor and frustrating exchange platform. It used to be much better, but for the past month the experience has been terrible. We are already dealing with trading losses, and on top of that, the platform keeps creating additional problems by demanding repeated verification and restricting withdrawals.The ratings and reviews you see online do not reflect the current situation. Most of those ratings appear to be old. New users are facing these issues and are being treated very poorly.At this point, it feels like the platform itself is creating unnecessary difficulties for its customers. I strongly recommend that the company improve its verification and withdrawal process and start treating customers fairly.
