I travelled in Thai Airways twice due to some official bookings, and literally both the times, it was the worst experience. I have informed my business partners to change the official bookings to Etihad Airways for future bookings.This airline is still living in a cave era. The staff is not well educated, and they do not have any regard or respect for passengers. Especially, if you are travelling with kids, never try to book this airline. Whatever I asked, they simply refused to provide by saying it is not allowed.
