I've been using the TCL T3 Pro 2 - D2 for a few days and wanted to share some feedback regarding the app experience. I noticed that some basic features are missing—for example, there's no option to view indoor or outdoor temperature and humidity levels.Additionally, the user interface could be improved. Navigating through features by horizontal scrolling feels unintuitive and can be frustrating at times.I also use air conditioners from other brands, and their companion apps offer a more complete and smart control experience. I recommend reviewing the Midea AC app for inspiration, as it includes useful features and a more user-friendly design.I hope your team will consider these improvements in future updates.

TCL Home App Crashes When I try to sign in

After IOS Update on iphone 6, i am unable to start the TCL home app, i have tried reinstalling after deleting the app, i have tried restart my phone, but the problem is same when ever i tried to login with my google account or any other account or even with phone number with quick login option, the TCL Home app crashes andCloses by itself. I am currently on IOS 12.5.6 on my iphone 6. Please help me and fix this error. Trying from couple of days to connect my inverter AC with my phone but i am unable to do that. Please Fix this issue, The App Crashes when ever i tried to login.

I’ve installed two 18t5 smt c in 2025 and now in 2026 the latest one app UI is updated and old one is still with old UI and all features but in new is not even showing electric stats and more controls. I’ve paired many times but facing the same issue. Please fix this

I am from Pakistan and I installed TCL Dc inverter Pro 11 T3 series. I used it for just one month and after that it stopped working. Suddenly, it couldn't withstand the heat wave and stopped working. I complained to TCL company and it's been about a month and a half since I complained and no one has replaced the AC nor have I received any feedback. They have people who come, check the AC and leave. I say this, if someone wants to get a good one, then they should get it from some other company. I will not recommend TCL at all. First, these people do not respond and secondly, they sell second-class ACs.
