Exceptionally deceptive app which sends you dozens of offers and special discounts including free gifts with time restrictions and repeated pop up to hurry- almost sold etc. when You start searching after accepting any offer, voucher or gift, you will find 2-3 times higher prices as compared to normal purchase through cart. Be Very very careful and avoid wasting unnecessary time to push for expensive items under temu deals and offers.Then they have cheat games, the closer you go for a win they automatically reduce value of your scores almost 10-15 times so you keep banging head and they keep lowering value of your achievements.Overall a good platform to mostly purchase quality stuff but never ever fall pray to promotion and offer scandals

Paid for my parcel but never received it

I ordered some things from Temu nearly a month ago but my parcel never arrived. i was not contacted by anyone from the courier service or Temu to check whether i had received the parcel. when i tried contacting the courier my calls were never picked. now for last five days, the delivery status has been showing that the parcel has been “signed and delivered”. when i contacted the customers support they said that the parcel was delivered according to the courier so they cannot give a refund. i’m extremely disappointed.

Temu give u lot of spinning wheels to get increased amount of discounts but in reality those discounts are alll scams like some times those discounts are already there and som time they say like for 1₨ item u have to buy more items like loads of them just to get one item for 1₨ and they scam u in a way thats not illegal but deceiving it is like basically 95% a scam and 5% of the items with no discount r some times good quality and u pay before hand so u r also risking your order like the first time they scam u if u don't follow the scams its fine and also for the next 2 times but then they start becoming lazy your order which is expensive ends up not coming or comes in bad quality and the photos r mostly always wrong and the product is either bad quality or smaller than the photo
