Please add a section where the host can specify that pets/animals have lived or live on the property. My husband is very allergic to cats and can’t go in a room where a cat has even been previously.

Assalam Alaikum, I booked a room from Airbnb platform on October 26, 2024, the amount of which was 89.1 dollars, which is 24 thousand somethings. There were less people to stay, so after that I talked to the owner, Nadeem Sahib, he told me that you should check it and if you can see it, cancel it, maybe you will get your money back. Then when I canceled the room booking on the Airbnb app, after that they were telling me that now I don't think your money will be refunded, which is why My 24,000 some rupees were also lost, after that Nadeem Sahib talked to me on the phone and charged an extra 9,000 rupees for his camera, the screenshot of which is available with me and I paid that money at that time. Reacquired that room for my family to stay as private conversation so I also filled multiple time application airbnb pay and demanded my money back which I could not get till now I have contacted them several times. I have requested many times to please refund my current amount which has been charged to me apart from my stay, but no one has sent back the money yet. My application is request from airbnb to refund my cutting amount because I am a poor person and I don't have enough money to afford these things so it was not a good thing my first experience It was very useless. Through your application, I tried to contact your representative several times, but no one answered my question or replied anything. I am very embarrassed to use your application so my money which is 24 thousand something is 89.1 us dollars so it should be returned because I didn't use your service. I kindly request you to refund my money as I have not used the service so I should not be charged. Thank u .

On 14 july I booked the reservation through Airbnb. We were travelling with the family 10 adults and 5 kids. After the reservation the hotel owner said he will accommodate in one single room only. And according to the pics only 3 beds are in one room. How can they manage 15 person in 3 bedroom space? We contacted Airbnb and open the case within 20 minutes after booking. But they never contacted us back and we paid them advance all are gone. Today is 17 july and they said our case is resolved and they will not refund us. Host behaviour was very rude. He said cancelled the booking and Airbnb never responded us.
