Got charged for a Year, But My Subscription Expired After 7 Days

I signed up for PureVPN expecting to use the free trial, but instead I was charged for a full yearly subscription. What makes this even more frustrating is that my plan expired after only 7 days, despite the yearly payment being taken from my account.I have tried contacting PureVPN through their support chat, but I am not getting any meaningful response or resolution.This is extremely disappointing. If a customer is charged for a yearly subscription, they should receive the service they paid for—or receive a prompt refund if there was an issue with the subscription.I would strongly recommend being cautious before subscribing. I hope PureVPN addresses this issue and processes my refund.
