Scroll less. Pray on time. Meet Sabr, your companion for better screen habits. Block distractions during salah and turn mindless scrolling into meaningful pauses.
The moment your salah begins, Prayer Pause locks the distracting apps pulling at you, then unlocks them the second you finish, so you can pray without your phone whispering in the back of your mind. Build a real habit of dhikr, Quran and intentional time between prayers instead of endless scrolling.
Most of us spend 5 to 6 hours a day on our phones. Most of it is mindless scrolling, dopamine loops and distraction. Prayer Pause helps you cut that down and gives your deen the space it deserves.
Pick the apps to block. Set schedules around your namaz times. When you reach for a blocked app, Prayer Pause steps in with something better: dhikr, Quran, a quiz or a moment of reflection. Break the bad phone habits and build better ones. Your digital detox, powered by your deen.
