New: a Teleprompter that follows your voice, a camera that never dims mid-take, and Storage to free space.
CineCut turns iPhone and iPad footage into cinematic video, edits your photos, and now designs your thumbnails, posts and posters too.
It is built around real colour grades from photographer Umair Wadood: the same looks behind his Instagram work, calibrated for iPhone HDR footage so the colour you see is the colour you get. Pick a look, fine-tune it, export in full quality.

Tooooo expensive

At the very least, there should be a free trial or an option to test the app before committing to a subscription. Even if it’s just two or three videos in good quality, it would allow users to experience the actual results and decide whether the subscription is worth it.There’s no doubt that the app looks great and the overall experience is flawless. However, it’s difficult to judge the quality and final outcome without being given a proper chance to try it. The free version currently places a large watermark right in the middle of the video, which makes it almost impossible to properly evaluate the results.Just a kind suggestion: consider offering users two or three free videos without a watermark so they can experience the app’s true potential before subscribing. Otherwise, it’s hard to know what to expect. I hope you consider this feedback!
Developer Response
Thank you so much for the kind words, and for taking the time to write such thoughtful feedback. You can already try CineCut Pro for free: the yearly plan comes with a 7-day free trial. During the trial, every video exports in full quality with no watermark, and every look is unlocked, so you can see the real results on your own footage. If it isn't for you, cancel any time before the 7 days end (Settings › your name › Subscriptions) and you won't be charged anything. We also hear you on making it easier for everyone to judge the quality before subscribing, and your suggestion is on our list for upcoming updates.Thank you for helping make CineCut better.Umair

There is no point in paying u for this, make it free so that people can praise your app…
Teleprompter, a camera that stays awake, and Storage.
• Teleprompter: write or paste a script and read it beside the lens while you record, on iPhone and iPad. It scrolls at your speed, or follows your voice and waits when you go off script. Countdown, mirror, text size, and Urdu read right to left
• The screen stays on while the camera is open and through every take, so the phone never dims or locks mid-recording. If you leave CineCut during a take, the take is kept
• Storage: deleting a project now frees the space its clips and renders used. Filmmaking › Storage shows what CineCut uses and frees what earlier versions left behind
• About: the version and how to reach us, from the ⓘ on the first screen
• Fixes: titles and graphics in Montserrat, Archivo and Oswald show at their real weight again; leaving the Pro camera while it was starting no longer leaves it running; transparent Design photos keep their transparency with a look
