Account limits and delay.

I traded on iqoption lost a lot of money then i invested months of time on learning finally when i started making money and withdraw big amounts. First they put delay on my account. Meaning when I place trade on a pair. It would take 5 seconds to execute this made me enter to a trade very late and resulted mostly in loss. Then they put limit on my account of 75$ which did not let me put bigger trades than 75$. I contacted support many many times. They make excuses like this depends on market situation bla bla blah. If it really depended on market situation then my friend right next to me same country same pair same time. Why he doesn’t have the limit and delay but only me? Iqoption is a big scam. I downloaded olymp trade now it is way better. No delays no limits very good support. No issues. Stay away from iqoption. This is a scam company.

Extra Charges Deducted on Deposit

I have one query … are there any Deposit charges on VISA card because whenever I Deposit there are extra charges that are deducted without informing me … like tomorrow I deposit 20 dollar exchange rate in open market was PKR299 but IQ option charged me at PKR339 on the other hand, at time of withdrawal same open market rate is implemented… Can you clear me what is this dual standard??? Because I’m totally confused and thinking to opt another platform. I’m from PAKISTAN
